Despina Kaneles grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor of arts degree. Prior to moving to Bethany Beach, she spent 10 years doing condo conversions near the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. for 10 years doing condo conversions. “I feel very fortunate to sell in the second home resort market in Delaware, where my clients primarily want to spend more time with their families,” Kaneles said. “It’s been joy to watch their children grow over the years and even meet their grandchildren! I also like to share my personal investing experiences in Sea Colony, as well as the Ocean View and Millville areas with my clients?” With 20 years of real estate experience including development, marketing, new construction and resales, Kaneles has consistently held the 2nd top listing and/or sales volume since 1999.
